Eastside is a charity offering newly renovated ground floor co-working office space. We are located on the Shoreditch/Old Street end of Hackney Road within walking distance to multiple public transport links.
As part of Perseverance Works, you will be working in a hub of creative, digital, engineering, media and design businesses that occupies a beautiful Victorian factory/warehouse complex.
We are currently undergoing a redesign of our main office space, and so are opening up a further 12 desk spaces. We’re happy to welcome a single company or several smaller companies.
You will share space with the core Eastside staff team, The Kids Network and Compuco, amongst others.
Our office spaces comes with a number of benefits, including;

- One Ikea Kallax shelf square per desk for storage
- Three private meeting spaces available exclusively to desk hirers on first come first served basis
- Access to additional large training/meeting rooms as part of the service charge, subject to availability
- Additional informal meeting spaces
- Kitchenette areas with dishwashers
- Unlimited filter coffee and regular and herbal teas included in the service charge
- Access to courtyard for lunch and meetings
- A friendly and welcoming environment
- A chance to network with a number of different companies, spanning a range of industries
Above all, you’ll be supporting the important work we do at Eastside. All profits from our desk leasing and hires go towards funding the core work of our parent charity, delivering creative engagements to disadvantaged children and young people across London.
We currently have 12 new desks available.
Desk charge is £270 per desk per month. Basic service charge is £30 per desk per month.
Hot desk charge is £60 per day ad hoc or £250 per month contracted for access Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm only
Hot desks do not come with guaranteed meeting room access.
